Smoke Lord’s Return Policy


Smoke lord will accept returns on UNUSED or unopened products in the original packaging within 7 days of being delivered. We DO NOT or WILL NOT accept any used products for any circumstance.

You MUST have a valid RMA number to receive any sort of return. An RMA number is provided by our support team after getting in contact with them. (steps stated below) Please expect 1-3 days for receiving an answer (as long as you contact our team within the stated time frames with the information posted below, you are qualified for a return).

Personal preference refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee, or full Smoke Lord store credit for zero restocking fees, which could be used at any time.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Prepaid Returns labels could be provided by smoke lord (cost of postage will be subtracted from total refund) or you could use your own label.

Item received damaged or broken - 

We go the extra mile to make 99% sure your packaged will be received in the same, perfect condition they were sent out from our warehouse.

For returns due to damage, or incorrect items, contact our support center, using the email Support@smokelord.com within 3 days of delivery.

If you receive a wrong item, contact us at Contact@smokelord.com as soon as possible, and we will take care of it no questions asked. 

Smoke Lord will replace any damaged or broken products free of charge, but may request to send back the original broken product with a pre-paid shipping label paid by Smoke Lord.

Steps to take for a refund -

 

What to send to the refund support center
1. Must provide 2-3 clear pictures of the damaged product along with the box it came in. (if product was received damaged). 
2. Order number provided on packing slip, which is given inside package or via email.

Lastly, once we receive your product and it passes inspection, we will than issue your refund.

Exchanges –

 

If you would like to place an exchange due to personal preference, contact Support@smokelord.com and we will provide you with an RMA number to receive smoke lord credit. (credit could be used at any time)
